The sponsorship packages include participation of representatives. The bronze sponsorship includes one registration, the silver sponsorship two, the golden sponsorship three and the platinum five. This means that the representatives can attend the congress on Thursday, Friday and Saturday without additional costs. Please note that hotel accommodation and tickets for the conference dinner on Friday are not included in the sponsorships.
The costs for an additional representative are € 500 ex VAT. The costs for attending the conference dinner are € 50 ex VAT.
Steps
Follow this instruction for every person:
Step 1 – Visit the online registration form
Step 2 – Use promotional code: sponsor (small letters)
Step 3 – Select the name of your company
Step 4 – Fill in the form and click the Submit button
You can prepare your booth on Wednesday September 16 between 13.00 and 16.00 hrs. In case this is not possible, the alternative is on Thursday morning June 18 between 08.00 and 09.30 hrs. Your booth has to be ready at 10.15 hrs at the latest.
You can start taking down the booth after the conference program on Saturday at 13.30 hrs, after the lunch. It is not allowed to take down the booth earlier than that.
If you would like to have boxes and packages delivered at the conference location, then please take the following into account. The delivery address for boxes and packages is:

The following details should be mentioned on every box:

Important
Delivery is possible maximum two business days before the start of the event (so on Tuesday). Always call the conference location to check if the package has been delivered. The number is +31-10-4054462.
Please note that sending boxes to the conference location is at your own risk. The conference secretariat can not be held responsible for boxes or materials lost.
